To help you track your toddler's food intake click on the links below to download the Tot It Up daily and weekly charts. By recording what they eat and comparing this to the daily recommendations you can see whether your toddler is getting enough of each food group, in order to give them the best chance of good health now and in the future.
Remember - Your toddler's food intake will vary from day to day so don't worry if some days are better than others. Simply aim to achieve an average over each week that meets the recommendations.
